Shipping policy

At Print A Sock, every item is made to order — including both personalised and non-personalised designs. All orders go through a production period of 1 to 3 working days before dispatch.

We are a small team, so during busy periods (such as Christmas), production may take slightly longer. We may also close at certain points in the year for short breaks or holidays.

To avoid disappointment, please check the notice on our homepage before ordering. If no message is displayed, we are operating as normal (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Delivery Options

Free Standard Delivery (Second Class or Tracked 48)

  • All orders include free standard shipping

  • Orders containing a single coaster or card are sent via Royal Mail Second Class

  • All other orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Once your item is made, it is sent via a 2 to 5 working day delivery service

  • Estimated delivery window: 3 to 8 working days total (including production)

Express Delivery (Tracked 24 or First Class Signed)

  • This upgrades the delivery service only

  • Your order is still made within 1 to 3 working days, then shipped via a 1 to 3 working day service

  • Estimated delivery window: 2 to 6 working days total

Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm (Optional Upgrade)

  • This service guarantees delivery by 1pm the day after dispatch

  • It does not reduce production time

  • Please allow 1 to 3 working days for production, followed by 1 working day for delivery

  • Estimated delivery window: 2 to 4 working days total

Additional Info

  • We do not dispatch orders on weekends or UK bank holidays

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched

  • If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected timeframe, please check your tracking email first, then contact us if needed
