How Do I Choose The Right Photo?
To ensure the highest quality end product and the best crop of your photo(s) possible, please ensure you follow the guide available on each personalised product page.
Your Photo(s) Should:

Front Facing

Taken in Even Lighting

Have a Clean Background
Your Photo(s) Shouldn't:

Have Any Part of the Face/Head/Hair Out of Frame

How Many Photos/Faces Can I Have On My Personalised Photo Socks?
All of our personalised photo socks come with 3 faces included at no additional fee. If you'd like to add more faces, you can purchase extra here.
How Many Photos/Faces Can I Have On My Personalised Photo Coasters?
Please see the individual coaster listings for confirmation, as each design may vary. However, all coasters that require cropping will include 3 faces per coaster. If you need additional photos, you can purchase extra here.
How Do I Send My Photo To You?
You can easily upload your photo via the Upload button located on each personalised product page.
Who Will Crop My Photo(s)?
All photos are hand-cropped by our skilled graphic designers to ensure the best quality crop. We do not use automated software or add borders around your photos. It’s all done with care and attention.
When Will I Receive My Item?
Our production time for personalised items is 1-3 working days. After production, your order will be dispatched according to the delivery method selected at checkout:

Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm: 1 working day (after production)
Please note, during busy periods like Christmas, production may take slightly longer. Check our Shipping Information for more details.
Refunds/Returns
As all orders are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any concerns, please contact us via our Contact Page or email, and we’ll do our best to assist.
We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect names, or poor-quality photos provided by customers. If we receive a low-quality photo, we will reach out to help you find a better one before printing. Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order, as failure to respond may result in us proceeding with subpar photos or, in extreme cases, cancelling the order.
